What services does the LEVERAGE Accelerator provide to private finance partners? 

The LEVERAGE Accelerator works directly with private finance partners, to: 

• Understand their Investment Preferences, so that public bodies develop proposals that are compatible with their financial parameters, project typologies, risk-return expectations, Preferred ticket size and maturity level. 
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship and  access to country and industry experts. 
• Gain information on the real risks and complexity of capital -intensive EE and decarbonisation investments in public bodies (mainly buildings) as excessively risky and complex and insufficiently profitable. 
• Support them to find investment opportunities in public bodies
